Another balmy winter day provided us with great weather for beautiful Downtown Denver engagement photos. Being just two days before Christmas, an enchanting holiday feel was buzzing in the air around Union Station and Civic Center Park.
In Colorado, you'd think that chicly rustic engagement photos wouldn't be as great as they are in the more southern part of the U.S. Well, think again! Lauren and Phil looked like a romance straight out of one of Brad Paisley's songs.
One of the best things about moving into our new studio at Stanley Marketplace is that we're now mere 100 yards from Denver Biscuit Company. I guarantee these biscuit sandwiches will give your culinary-skilled grandmother a run for her money. With four locations, one being IN THE SAME BUILDING AS US (can you tell we're excited?), and a traveling food truck, this restaurant is taking Colorado by a storm. Much like From The Hip Photo, the Denver Biscuit Company started out as a dream that grew and grew, continuing to reach the Denver community. And by "community" I mean Denver's bellies. Being a state that's known for its granola, quinoa, and kale lovers, the Denver Biscuit Company has brought a little sliver of
We know this isn't news to you, but there are so many awesome vendors here at Stanley Marketplace! Many of which we're positive have already grazed your taste buds, sharpened your style, broadened your artistic horizons, or even made your house smell like a blooming garden. BUT, have you ever heard of wine in a can? Infinite Monkey Theorem is more than just an old scientific theory, it's an urban winery... and they've recently opened a location in Stanley Marketplace! If you haven't noticed already, we love to brag about our awesome neighbors, and considering Infinite Monkey Theorem is now a neighbor of ours...let the bragging commence! "What the heck is an urban winery," you might ask? Well, an urban winery
A lot of detail goes into a wedding! Whether it be music, catering, refreshments, jewelers, flowers, photographers, or even seamstresses, they're all working in unison to make your day perfect. However, we'd like to take a second to focus on the groom and his sharp style! We recently had the opportunity to take pictures for and interview Bespoke Edge, a custom men's clothing company based out of Denver. Believe us when we say that there's an immense amount of detail that goes into Bespoke Edge's craft. It's truly artwork in its purest form. Not only can they make a groom look impeccably sharp on his wedding day, they can make him look put together for literally any event that calls
There's just something about a baby and his two loyal (and very hairy) buds that just melts our hearts! Family portraits with pets are always super sweet, especially when the pets interact with the lens just as nicely as the family! We met the Kinde family at one of the many Denver parks on a stunning autumn day. With teeth coming, their baby boy was a drooly cutie. His tender gums didn't ward off any of his dimpled smiles, though! Grandma and Grandpa even made an appearance to the little tots delight! He sat on a plushy blanket and gave our lens a few gummy smiles. Being late autumn, there were plenty of crunchy, dried up leaves on the ground which made an
October is arguably Colorado's most colorful autumn month, but if you add in a glowing newlywed couple, it's without a doubt the most picturesque month! These Eldorado Canyon wedding photos are unique because they came from a post wedding day photo session. Gaby and Miles got married in Costa Rica earlier in the year, as that's where they're from, but they decided to do a post-wedding shoot surrounded by some beautiful Colorado scenery. Not only was the couple glammed up in their wedding day attire, their dog Pancakes was dressed in his wedding day garb! The trio looked dapper as ever, and not to mention extremely in love. We can't speak for Pancakes but it's safe to assume he loves his parents
