Don lives in a charming home set on a small lake in the outskirts of Boulder, Colorado–the type of abode where the pace seems to slow down a bit thanks to the persistent presence of snow-capped mountains on the horizon. Geese and ducks spend time arcing through the sky and alighting on the water, and there is plenty of open space for his dog Cha-Cha to to sprint through the grasses and explore the great outdoors.
As he planned his wedding and reflected upon the fact that he may be relocating to a new home with his fiancee, Don got in touch with From the Hip to request a unique portrait session: one of his beloved house. It was precisely the sort of challenge we relish.
