Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Devil's Thumb Ranch definitely proves the adage, "Don't judge a book by its cover."  The harsh sounding name could not be further from the idyllic resort that Flo and Brandon chose as their winter wedding destination. Located in Tabernash, Colorado, just north of Winter Park, Devil's Thumb Ranch is the absolute vision of a winter wonderland. With sprawling fields of freshly packed snow and white brimmed trees dotting the mountainsides, the quiet stillness in the air provided the perfect atmosphere for a celebration of love.   Flo and Brandon kept it minimal while at the spacious Devil's Thumb Ranch and Spa with their closest family and friends. The love in the air kept everyone warm and cozy even in the below freezing weather. Also, the addition of warm fur to Flo's dress helped her to brave the frigid mountain weather. Devil's Thumb Ranch offers a uniquely luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.  They offer a renowned spa, acclaimed restaurants, as well as cozy accommodations.  Sustainability is at the forefront of the Devil's Thumb Ranch, so that future generations will be able to enjoy the natural tranquility and beauty of Tabernash, CO.

A Colorful Day at Stanley Marketplace

Have we mentioned how much we love family photoshoots? Oh, we have? Well, it wouldn't hurt to mention it again... We love family sessions! A Glowing Lost Gulch Mountaintop Engagement

Who doesn't love a snow-covered mountain overlooking the Rockies as their backdrop for engagement photos? Monique and Brian loved it so much they hiked up Lost Gulch in the middle of winter! It was freezing cold but they didn't have a care in the world. Visiting from Atlanta, Georgia, these two made it look like they hiked Lost Gulch every weekend.   From ATL to the Mile High City I am sure that Atlanta has plenty to offer, but nothing beats the Rockies mid-winter! With an endless range of peaks and valleys, you can never go wrong. Lost Gulch just so happens to be one of our favorite locations. Lost Gulch Overlook is nestled in Flagstaff Mountain which overlooks the nearby city of Boulder. The Boulder area is filled with fun and eclectic people, places, and things to do! From the awesome shops on Pearl street to the beautiful trails surrounding the city-- you can't go wrong! The only thing that could have made this day better would have been some cozy hot chocolate on the mountaintop!   Let's Take a Trip to Colombia (it's warmer there!)
