With summer and autumn long behind us now, why not have a little throwback to this absolutely adorable newborn shoot back in September? Anna and Brad joined us for a cute photoshoot with their newborn babygirl, as well as their trusty canine friend! We ventured down the Bear Creek Greenbelt, located to in Lakewood, for this session and it was such a pretty spot. So, please enjoy these Bear Creek Greenbelt newborn photos! Bear Creek Greenbelt The Bear Creek Greenbelt is a 3.5 miles walking trail that is located in Lakewood. It offers a nice and leisurely stroll for the whole family! The greenbelt also trails down towards a beautiful creek to see. Not to mention there are a lot of other trails nearby as well, for those who'd prefer something slightly longer or more difficult. City Park is always a favorite location for us and the fox fam at From the Hip Photo. Not only does it have both the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, but it has a spacious park for plenty of activities! With Autumn being right around the corner, it was the perfect time to catch the lasting sun rays of the warm weather. Sara, Jenna, and Logan took advantage of the beautiful September weather as we all headed out to Denver City Park. A fantastic location for some joyful newborn and family photos! City Park Built back in 1880, City Park covers 330 acres of land and is home to many businesses ranging from small cafes to the Denver Zoo. A cute new face has blessed Colorado, and we were so grateful to capture the newborn-cuteness of baby Kal in this cutely themed newborn photoset! A Family in Blue Newborn photo shoots are always heartwarming and special, and our session with Katie, Ryan, and Kal was no different! We could tell that Katie and Ryan were loving parents from the start because of the way Kal laid so calmly in their arms. However, you can also see this in their clothes! It is said that the color blue is strongly associated with tranquility and calmness, and what a fit for Kal's personality! It's a bird! No, it's a plane! No, wait -- it's Superman! Not too long ago we went with Katy and Dan to Lost Gulch Overlook to capture their maternity photos against Colorado’s kaleidoscope sunset skies. Then, a few months later we got to take the camera from Katy’s cute bump to this couple’s bundle of joy. We absolutely loved capturing photos of their baby girl at their home. Katy & Dan are clearly thrilled and excited to be parents! Nursery Knickknacks Katy & Dan, like many parents with their swoon-worthy infants, chose to utilize their own home for the setting of their photo shoot. Katy & Dan’s newborn daughter looked like an angel surrounded by white bedding and walls decorated with subtle charms. Her bedroom was home to countless mementos of the past and tidbits of her future. For example, her hospital band sat beside an image of her beautiful, pregnant mother at Lost Gulch. Tastes of wood and greenery from succulents brightened the space alongside this girl's already large collection of books. What
“Pretty in pink” and “cute as a button” both have truth to them, and this couple’s newborn daughter, Mia, fit these phrases to a “T.” We felt so lucky to help these two parents photograph their in-home newborn session. The shoot was full of personal touches and comical costumes, and we truly loved every second! Pretty in Pink! In-home newborn sessions are bound to be heartwarming and special. As parents, you can pick your favorite spots, showcase adorable nurseries and bedrooms, and jump indoors and outdoors!
