Summers in Colorado can get balmy at times… But other times, the weather can be perfect for outdoor excursions with family and friends! We headed up to Boulder to capture this beautiful South Mesa Trail family photoshoot. These guys could not have been more joyous!
South Mesa Trail
The South Mesa Trailhead can be found south of downtown Boulder, off of Highway 170. The trail is well-known for being a great place to see wildlife while not being too difficult to traverse. Much of the trail is out in the open, leading to some fantastic views of the nearby mountains. Plus it’s not too far at all from downtown Boulder. Pearl Street for those who aren’t familiar, is another great location to shoot or just hang out around! Check out some other photoshoots that we’ve done in Boulder here!
Best Friends Fur-ever
There’s more than just three to this family! A couple of their canine pals joined us for this session. Pets make great additions to photo sessions because of their easy going vibes, pets make for great smiles all around! This clear and sunny July day proved to be an excellent source of natural light, which always provides a very invigorating look. But this family would still be glowing even if it wasn’t a perfect summer day!
