We love Colorado. The Rocky Mountains are majestic, and so picturesque! We’re lucky we get to spend so many days taking photos in this beautiful state. But, as much as we love our state, we also love to travel! That’s why we’re always excited to travel with you for your destination weddings, or to celebrate a special birthday! We had a blast spending a day in New York City with Annie to help celebrate her super sweet 16th birthday! And honestly guys, this New York photo session has us dreaming of the day we can go back and do it all again.
The Big Apple
New York is an amazing setting for any photo session. The bright lights of the city are beyond comparison! And we were beyond excited to be invited to do Annie’s photo’s in New York! The lights sparkled against the brisk winter weather. The east coast snow may be an inconvenience to some, but it was the perfect finishing touch to make Annie’s photos magical.
Annie’s photo session took place under the Brooklyn Bridge, and her photos are truly unique! We loved taking these photos under the Brooklyn Bridge, which has stood as an iconic location in New York since the late 1800’s. Is there any better place for a New York photo session than under this bridge? We don’t think so!
The Birthday Girl
Annie was all smiles for her photo shoot, and why wouldn’t she be – it was her 16th birthday, a true cause for celebration! Of course some amazing photos were the perfect way to commemorate this milestone birthday for the young fashionista!
New York was the perfect setting for her photo session. The home to Fashion Week, Annie was runway ready in her stylish ensemble. She wore a simple black body suit and a beautiful ballerina skirt. The all black outfit was classic and timeless, and she looked amazing. With a tiara adding the perfect accent of glamour, she could not have looked better!
