You know those little side roads you drive past all the time? They’re peripherally familiar but you don’t actually know where they lead. Well, We highly recommend you turn down one sometime. If you take the chance, you might end up in a beautiful place like Eldorado Canyon where we had the pleasure of capturing this recent Eldorado Canyon engagement photo session! John and Natalie were so dreamy among the leaves that had begun their colorful journey into autumn.
Not only this couple showcase their more formal side, the pair was able to do a complete 180 and show off their football pride! Natalie looked simply ravishing in her black minidress. The sparkles on her dress radiated a purple hue which matched John’s purple dress shirt perfectly. If you don’t have either in your closet, don’t worry–you can check out one of our blog posts designed to give you a few helpful tips and tricks on what to wear when taking engagement photos.
We liked that Natalie and John were able to build such varied looks into so few outfits. Aside from the gorgeous dress and charming purple dress shirt, there was John’s gray polo and Natalie’s flannel with the same shade of gray. This coordination made the couple look even more like a match made in heaven.
Our favorite outfit, however, were the football jerseys! By rocking their favorite team (the Denver Broncos and the Green Bay Packers), these lovebirds showed us a little look into their football rivalry by sticking their tongues out at each other! Even still, the way John looks at his bride-to-be and the way she smiles so genuinely it’s clear that a little gentle ribbing is only going to bring these two even closer together.
We’d like to extend a huge congratulations to this darling pair! Turning down unfamiliar roads isn’t all that bad, especially when there’s an Eldorado Canyon engagement session at the end of one!
