We know this isn’t news to you, but there are so many awesome vendors here at Stanley Marketplace! Many of which we’re positive have already grazed your taste buds, sharpened your style, broadened your artistic horizons, or even made your house smell like a blooming garden. BUT, have you ever heard of wine in a can? Infinite Monkey Theorem is more than just an old scientific theory, it’s an urban winery… and they’ve recently opened a location in Stanley Marketplace! If you haven’t noticed already, we love to brag about our awesome neighbors, and considering Infinite Monkey Theorem is now a neighbor of ours…let the bragging commence!
“What the heck is an urban winery,” you might ask? Well, an urban winery is exactly what it sounds like…a winery in the city! The winery itself is located in an alleyway in Denver’s RiNo Art District, the grapes come from vineyards on Colorado’s western slope and the wine itself is canned or bottled, and then drunk by people like me and you!
As of now, the wine is available in Red, White, Moscato, and Rose. You can swing on by one of their two taproom locations in Denver. There is Denver’s Urban Winery on Larimer Street, and then there’s the location in Stanley Marketplace, literally no more than 100 yards down the hall from us. Their taproom is located on the third floor in the old aviation breakroom (as if they couldn’t get any cooler).
The location of The Infinite Monkey Theorem makes them extremely unique, as does their choice of canning wine alongside bottling it. Not only does it come in cans and bottles… it comes in a keg. That’s right. Wine. In. A. Keg. A single keg of theirs contains 26 bottles of wine, which means 26 fewer glass bottles and corks to stress about being recycled properly. Thus, reducing their urban footprint! That’s one small step for can, one giant leap for cankind.
So we’ve briefly told you about our new neighbors, but we highly encourage you to go visit The Infinite Monkey Theorem! You can thank us later!
