Anyone who has ever traveled to New York, or even heard of New York, knows that there’s something special about the bagels on the east coast. Rumor has it that something in the water gives the east coast an upper hand when it comes to baking. Recent science has said that the baking process is a New Yorkers true secret to making the tastiest bagel known to man. Regardless, those of us here in Denver want a taste of those world famous bagels. And finally, our prayers to the bagel gods of the universe have been answered. Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen is here at Stanley Marketplace, serving up tasty tasty bagels, and we couldn’t be happier to be their neighbor!

The Birth of Rosenberg’s Bagels

It took months of bagel baking and product testing. But finally, a Jersey boy finally discovered the secret to the perfect New York bagel. And, once he found it, he couldn’t keep the secret to himself. So, in 2014 he opened the doors to Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen. It was brought to us by Joshua, who had a passion for the tasty bagels he grew up eating on the east coast. Joshua moved to Colorado to attend school at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Lucky for us, he brought his love of good food with him. Rosenberg’s was born out of his adoration for classic New York cuisine, and his search for the perfect bagel.

So, for those of you who feared you would never get to taste the famous New York bagel, let your fears be put to rest. You can grab a tasty bagel any day of the week here at Stanley Marketplace. And it’s all thanks to Joshua!  The menu boasts both breakfast and lunch sandwiches, all of which are served on those tasty, tasty bagels! Honestly, is there any better way to start your day than with a scrumptious bagel sandwich? We don’t think so!
