Questions & Answers
How do you handle a “people-first / trust-driven” aesthetic on a brand shoot?
We direct without over-posing. Most of our brand work is candid or lightly guided — we let real interactions happen and capture them. For lifestyle headshots, we walk subjects through a few natural movements so the final frame feels relaxed, not stiff. The result reads as authentic because it largely is.
Can all three scopes really happen in one day?
Yes — with the Recommended 8-hour package, we typically split the day into three blocks: event coverage, office walkthrough, and outdoor lifestyle headshots. We’ll map the flow during our pre-production call so transitions are smooth and no time is wasted.
Where will the outdoor lifestyle headshots happen?
We’ll scout a location within a short walk or drive of your office that matches your brand vibe — options include downtown Denver walkable blocks, RiNo brick-and-mural backdrops, Cherry Creek parks, or suburban green space. Final location is confirmed during the pre-production call based on your brand direction.
Do you charge extra for travel within the Denver metro?
No. Travel within the Denver metro is included in the flat rate. If the office and event are further apart (e.g., outside I-470), we’ll quote any travel time upfront before booking — never billed after the fact.
What do the deliverables look like?
You’ll get a private online gallery with all final images organized by scene (event / office / headshots). Each image is professionally color-corrected and retouched. Lifestyle headshots receive individual polish. Full royalty-free rights mean you can use them anywhere, forever, without additional fees.
What’s your cancellation policy?
50% deposit due at booking, balance due 2 weeks before the shoot. Cancellations 30+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months.
