You had me at “Namaste”
Michael and Jillian tied the knot and we teamed up for their romantic and candid engagement photos at Red Rocks. Namaste you ask? These lovelies have teamed up with us for all of their photo needs for their yoga businesses over the years, so this is an extra special one for us.
Positive Energetic Vibes
We met up at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre for their engagement session. The photos look amazing thanks to the ruddiness of the rocks, which complement their well-coordinated outfits! They first met when Jillian became the yoga instructor at Michael’s yoga studio in New York. Fast forward three years to now, he proposed on a trip to Mexico five days before this lovely session. The weather during this busy, high-traffic day at Red Rocks was perfect. The skies were blue and dry for the most part since it had been snowing and raining a lot beforehand. In fact, the photo below was filled with cars and people, in which we used our talents in photoshopping all that out! (Hint hint: our photo skills can make a great photo even better!) These romantic namaste movements and playfulness are a great look on these two.
I Love the Way You Move
Michael has proposed to Jillian each day since his original proposal, each time with a new romantic gesture in a new place! Talk about a true romantic! You can see in the photos that she faked turning down his proposal for kicks and giggles during the photoshoot. But then she made up for it by proposing to him! Of course, he said yes! We’re in love with the custom-made raw diamond ring he picked out for her. It matches well with Michael and Jillian’s down-to-earth, yogi vibes. It’s safe to say that we’ve already welcomed Jillian to the family, and we cannot wait for their wedding!
