The family of Nicole, Travis, and their "wiggly-worm" baby Margo are spending some time at Clear Creek in Golden, CO. Here they seize this cherished moment in their adorable baby's life and celebrate their family unity. It is always a wonderful time when welcoming a new born. Watching our babies grow is a beautiful thing. Time moves fast, and we do not want to miss a beat. That is what we are here for. We love family sessions and capturing the moments of love shared. Clear Creek Located in the beautiful heart of Golden, CO, Clear Creek is a scenic local attraction. It offers kayaking, trails for hiking and many other recreational activities. Herein, Nicole and Travis are able to enhance the wonder of Margo with the lush, colorful leaves and sky in the background. Family Fun Photos at Lost Gulch

Chris, Jon and their four children arrived in the Flagstaff mountains just outside Boulder, CO for their super-fun family session! Beginning with a hike to the top of the Lost Gulch, this family was up for the adventure to create unforgettable moments. Obviously, they know they are making this precious moment in their lives last forever. Lost Gulch First of all, let's mention how much we love Lost Gulch! No matter what the session is, Lost Gulch always provides us with the perfect backdrop for some jaw-dropping images. Located atop Flagstaff mountain just 5.5 miles west of Boulder, there is so much depth and vastness at this viewpoint. For instance, from the cliff-top, you can see all the way past Nederland into the Indian Peaks Wilderness and Rocky Mountain National Park. I mean, how could it not leave you awestruck? Family Fun! Okay, enough about the location and let's move onto this gorgeous and friendly family who shined bright at Lost Gulch Lookout! Snowbound Baby Bump | Mariah’s Outdoor Maternity Photos

The weekend before Thanksgiving is a time for lounging on the sofa and planning out how much stuffing you can eat while still leaving room for pie. Usually, at least. This year, we spent the weekend taking some outdoor maternity photos with Mariah and her beautiful family at Chautauqua Park in Boulder. Even though it was mid-November, you can see that it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in these outdoor maternity photos! A Family Affair While some maternity shoots are solo events, Mariah got her whole family in on the fun. Her daughters came out equipped with earmuffs and mittens, a wise (and fashionable!) decision given the chilly weather. They seemed to have an absolute (snow)ball playing around and taking photos with Mom and Dad. Of course, in addition to full family photos, we were also sure to capture some more solemn moments between Mariah and her husband. Colder weather is right around the corner here in the mile high city. But before you triple layer let's remember those picturesque sunny days that have now come pass. Don't get too down though, if the snowy season isn't your forte, there's always spring to look forward to! Over the summer, we had the pleasure of working with Bronwen, Rick, Toby, and Dash to capture some joyous City Park family photos! This family -- especially the boys -- brought a lot of personality to the table, so we hope you enjoy! City Park City Park is one of the most popular parks in the area. Not only does it have lush and spacious fields, it's also home to the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Even on an slow day, you can find people at City Park doing all sorts of activities. For this session, we spent time near the museum. The front entrance of the museum provides a diverse mix of natural and industrial features. Plus a lots of opportunities for playful handholding with the (fake) animals! A Summer Stroll | South Mesa Trail Family Photoshoot

Summers in Colorado can get balmy at times... But other times, the weather can be perfect for outdoor excursions with family and friends! We headed up to Boulder to capture this beautiful South Mesa Trail family photoshoot. These guys could not have been more joyous! South Mesa Trail The South Mesa Trailhead can be found south of downtown Boulder, off of Highway 170. The trail is well-known for being a great place to see wildlife while not being too difficult to traverse. Much of the trail is out in the open, leading to some fantastic views of the nearby mountains. Plus it's not too far at all from downtown Boulder. Pearl Street for those who aren't familiar, is another great location to shoot or just hang out around! Check out some other photoshoots that we've done in Boulder here! This past May, we had the pleasure to head back to one of our favorite places in Denver that certainly needs no introduction: RiNo! RiNo is a fantastic place to shoot because of its vibrant colors and personality. Plus, with the weather starting to warm up, what could be better? We had loads of fun working with Rebecca and Zane for their family photoshoot in RiNo! RiNo - River North Art District We've visited RiNo a numerous amount of times over the years, and each time we go, we always find a reason to go back! Lonely Planet named the River North Art District as one of the 10 coolest neighborhoods to visit in the United States, namely for its punk rock aesthetic and gorgeous street murals. Some of our favorite spots have been the Denver Zine Library, as well as Ratio Beerworks. If you haven't had the chance to go yet, we highly recommend you check out some upcoming events! Colorful Personality of RiNo | Hailey & Kevin Family Shoot

Have we mentioned how much we love RiNo? It's ecstatic; the colorful personality of RiNo adds so much character to our city -- and, of course, to our sessions! But honestly, we didn't need much help this time around since Hailey and Kevin's family brought plenty of personality to our session! Murals Something that RiNo is quite famous for is its abundance of painted murals. Being the primary 'arts district' of Denver means that this neighborhood is home to a lot of raw yet articulate energy. We were able to find a range of different murals for this shoot, which provided some excellent background. Click here to check out another vibrant family session we had in RiNo! RiNo also hosts some pretty cool events throughout the year, check out their event calendar here! One event that is currently underway is DIAMOND HUNT, a fun way to help visitors rediscover Brighton Boulevard. It's coordinated by the Parisian artist La Diamantaire. Merci bien! Fall is just around the corner, so to kick off the season of oranges and yellows and flannel outfits, we want to share Nicole and Carm's family photos at Red Rocks! What a joy it was to photograph this family of four in their most stylish outfits and fun personalities! A beloved and increasingly famous venue, Red Rocks is known for its concerts and impressive surround sound effects. However, it’s also known for its stunning rock faces and vistas that showcase both the Colorado landscape and the city of Denver. This place is close to our hearts because we’ve been here many times to snap occasions of every kind. No matter the circumstance or season, Red Rocks surely will not disappoint! A Fabulous Four With brunette hair and a burst of red, with golden fall leaves and dapper flannels that match, this family was a total joy to photograph! Holiday Fun | Family Photos at Boulder Tree Farm

Nothing says joy like fresh air, toasted marshmallows, and the holiday season! With cozy clothes and some ready smiles, we went with Keith, Hawzien, and their two adorable sons for some family photos at Boulder Tree Farm! Naturally, we had that giddy feeling that comes with holiday cheer while we played hide and seek under the trees and afternoon sun. The Tree Farm Creekside Tree Nursery, or Boulder Tree Farm, provides dozens of trees and shrubs for home, business or custom landscaping projects. Of course, when we visited with Keith and Hawzien in early December, this place had its Christmas tree selection on full display! Trees of all shapes, sizes, and kinds made a spectacular pine maze and the most wonderfully scented air! We even experienced some déjà vu from Dana and Michelle’s tree farm proposal at this very location! Family Festivities As always, we made it our mission to capture the most beautiful moments with this sweet family of four. Each of them was absolutely rocking the patterned shirts and cozy button jackets. Now, you might think patterns on the whole family could look a little chaotic. However, this family matched impeccably with tones of blue, grey, and browns.
