Nearby and old home to our very own office, Stanley Marketplace is situated at the original Denver airport. It is now home to a variety of vendors yet still features part of the old runway where test planes used to take off in what is now a dynamic event space called The Hangar. Whether indoors or outdoors, Stanley promises a great variety for your photos!

About Stanley

The Marketplace is a mixed-use urban marketplace with a variety of retail options, including boutiques, gift shops, food and beverage, a chocolatier, and a cutting-edge zero-waste market. It includes 50+ independently owned Colorado businesses under one roof, as well as a public park.

Art and Light

This is an eclectic mix of backdrops in a historic community-based spot! There are restaurants, bars, retail shops, and exercise-based places, just to name some of the vibrant businesses. Indoors there is no lack of unique art with murals on the walls that is great for the family. The Hangar has high ceilings due to being where the airplanes were stored which brings in a lot of natural light yet keeping that urban look.

Senior Photos & Headshots

With the bold colors of the painted walls around the building, they make wonderful backdrops for senior photos and headshots. Our favorite backdrop is the Hangar doors! The bold red metal look makes the image edgier. There is also an outdoor patio to have a more lifestyle look, as well as a big field behind where Westerly Creek is.

Stanley Marketplace has both of your indoor and outdoor needs that can be accomplished with urban, and natural looks. This place is free to capture photos at and is fully wheelchair accessible. There are no pets allowed indoors but they are allowed outdoors. Any time of the day is great to capture your moments here!
