With Loretto Heights Park as a backdrop, the beautiful lush green September scenery framed this couple’s love perfectly. As did the Rocky Mountains peeking out to play! We now understand why the couple likes its views so much! The trees, on the cusp of turning into autumn, provided a lovely canopy for these two love birds. And this park provided the perfect place for Emily and John’s suburban engagement photo session in Denver.
Being the summer weather’s last hoorah, September was the perfect time to capture this gorgeous couple’s engagement. It was the first time they had a professional photo session, so we wanted to do everything we could to make it flawless for them. Both of these beautiful people look at each other with such adoration! John was a little snuggle shy at first, but he quickly warmed up to the camera! He picked out the most breathtaking ring for his bride-to-be. They are so much fun and such a sweet, cute couple!
Nestled in a southwest suburb of Denver, Loretto Heights Park is the perfect place to toss a football, have a family picnic, take in Colorado’s scenery, enjoy a suburban engagement photo session, and everything else in between! The park’s hilly landscape provides the best place to watch the sun dip behind the mountains. The duo snuck in a kiss while the sun slipped closer and closer to its slumber, giving us a beautiful silhouette image with the mountains in the background. If you’re ever faced with the question “where on earth do I take my engagement photos?”, don’t fret! You can check out one of our blog posts that offers great tips on how to choose an engagement photo session location. We can all agree that Emily and John picked the perfect spot!
The pops of pink flowers contrasted with Emily’s cobalt blue top and John’s textured, plaid flannel, giving us a flawless picture. Winding sidewalks and an abundant of greenery provided so many great backgrounds for even better images. However, the pair weren’t short of smiles and laughs which made our job all the more easy! We’re very jealous they get to live so close to such a beautiful park!
