Questions & Answers

How many people can you photograph in 7 hours?
Typically 80–120+ subjects, depending on flow. We average 8–12 per hour. On-site selection adds a minute or two per person but keeps satisfaction high.
How does on-site image selection work?
After each person’s shots, they step to a viewing screen and pick their 2 favorites before leaving the station. This eliminates back-and-forth after the event and means every delivered image is one they actually chose.
What’s the backdrop setup like?
We use a professional studio paper backdrop (standard gray or white) with two-light studio setup. Custom branded backdrops with your logo or brand colors are available as an add-on.
Do subjects need to pre-register or schedule a time slot?
No appointment needed — it’s a walk-up station. Attendees can come whenever it’s convenient during the session windows. We manage the queue on-site.
How are finished images delivered?
Via a private ShootProof gallery. Each subject is notified individually to download their retouched images. You also get admin access to the full gallery. Standard delivery within 2 weeks (Priority Processing in the Headshot Suite upgrades to 48 hours).

What’s your cancellation policy?
50% deposit due at booking, balance due 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations 30+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date.
