Frequently Asked Questions

How many images will we receive?
For a 1-hour reception, you can typically expect 150–300 fully retouched images delivered via a private online gallery. The exact number varies based on the flow of the event and how many key moments occur.
What are the usage rights?
All packages include royalty-free usage rights, forever. You can use your images for internal communications, marketing materials, social media, press, and more — with no restrictions and no expiration.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due the week of the event. We accept ACH, check, or credit card.
Can we get same-day images for social media?
Yes — social media edits are included in the Full Reception Coverage and Dual Photographer Package. You’ll receive 10–15 retouched images optimized for web, delivered within 24-48 hours.
Can we use the photos in marketing materials?
Absolutely. Your royalty-free license covers all commercial and marketing use — website, print collateral, advertising, presentations, and beyond. No additional licensing fees, ever.
