Buffalo Gals Catering has drawn inspiration from these wild west women to bring you adventurous, “have grill will travel” spirit. They’re a full-service catering company specializing in Santa Maria style BBQ. It’s a culinary tradition rooted in the Santa Maria Valley dating back to the mid-19th century. Award-winning tri-tip, chicken, buffalo flank, and linguiça sausage are seasoned before grilling over red oak, and custom-made grills have a hand crank that helps us adjust the desired distance from the heat. It’s perfect for a casual hoe-down or corporate show-down.
