Chris, Jon and their four children arrived in the Flagstaff mountains just outside Boulder, CO for their super-fun family session! Beginning with a hike to the top of the Lost Gulch, this family was up for the adventure to create unforgettable moments. Obviously, they know they are making this precious moment in their lives last forever. Lost Gulch First of all, let's mention how much we love Lost Gulch! No matter what the session is, Lost Gulch always provides us with the perfect backdrop for some jaw-dropping images. Located atop Flagstaff mountain just 5.5 miles west of Boulder, there is so much depth and vastness at this viewpoint. For instance, from the cliff-top, you can see all the way past Nederland into the Indian Peaks Wilderness and Rocky Mountain National Park. I mean, how could it not leave you awestruck? Family Fun! Okay, enough about the location and let's move onto this gorgeous and friendly family who shined bright at Lost Gulch Lookout! With summer and autumn long behind us now, why not have a little throwback to this absolutely adorable newborn shoot back in September? Anna and Brad joined us for a cute photoshoot with their newborn babygirl, as well as their trusty canine friend! We ventured down the Bear Creek Greenbelt, located to in Lakewood, for this session and it was such a pretty spot. So, please enjoy these Bear Creek Greenbelt newborn photos! Bear Creek Greenbelt The Bear Creek Greenbelt is a 3.5 miles walking trail that is located in Lakewood. It offers a nice and leisurely stroll for the whole family! The greenbelt also trails down towards a beautiful creek to see. Not to mention there are a lot of other trails nearby as well, for those who'd prefer something slightly longer or more difficult. Freshly fallen February snow is entirely underrated! There is truth to the cliché of “winter wonderland,” and today we will prove it to you. These three, beautiful women invited us to capture their family photos at Kendrick Lake Park in Lakewood, Colorado. Based on these glowing family photos and their abundant smiles, we are convinced a winter flurry has just as much magic as a sky of stars! Snow… in the Park! Kendrick Lake Park, like many Colorado parks, is stocked full of biking and walking paths, beautiful vegetation, a peaceful lake, and playgrounds for all! While many might not think to go to the park after the warm spring and summer months, parks like this prove the most stunning locations for fall and winter family photography. The sky stayed blue and the snow reflected the day’s light like a dream! Three Musketeers Walking paths and snowy bridges proved ideal photography settings while powdered trees and snow-covered fields made stunning backdrops.
