Frequently Asked Questions
How many images will we receive?
All packages deliver up to 50 retouched images per session. Keeping the count under 50 protects our 1-week turnaround so your team has fresh content fast. Every image is individually retouched by our in-house team — no outsourcing, no shortcuts.
Do you provide food styling?
Our Recommended and Premium packages include professional food styling. For the Essential tier, we work with your existing plating and presentation, using our photography expertise to make everything look its best.
Can we shoot at our location?
Absolutely. On-location shoots are our specialty. We bring portable lighting and can transform any space — your kitchen, production facility, retail store, or outdoor setting — into a professional photo studio.
What are the usage rights?
You receive royalty-free, unlimited usage rights forever. Use your images on social media, websites, packaging, print materials, advertising — anywhere, anytime, without additional fees.
Can we adjust the schedule month to month?
Yes. Retainer agreements are flexible — you can adjust session frequency with 2 weeks notice. Unused sessions can roll over for up to one month.
What are the payment terms?
Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. We accept credit card, ACH, or check. Custom payment schedules available for multi-month commitments.
How far in advance do we plan each session?
We recommend planning at least one week ahead. You’ll have a dedicated content planner who collaborates on shot lists and creative direction to ensure every session aligns with your marketing goals.
